July 1: Valleys and Dales

More walnut trees, gorgeous hilltop and valley villages, winding narrow roads that take us over and through rocky outcrops/and a spot of shopping for groceries and camping gas.
We have a bike ride by the Dordogne then leave the camp ground to head out for shopping. These excursions always take longer than expected so we miss out on the planned trip to a local village market. Instead we are surprised by the beauty of our next stop at the village of Autoire. It's roasting hot today so when the wlk goes past the village and into a wooded area it is really pleasant. The waterfall is not as pretty as one you might find in New Zealand but it's a pleasant afternoon.
We decide to continue to Rocamador to park up for the night in a village car park.
