June 20: Dinard to Saint Jacut de la Mer

The first truck pulls beside us to assist in moving in the house at 7am. We rouse the sleepers and head into town for breakfast. This time it's off to the boulangerie... Yum.
Our morning is spent walking around the promenade which takes a view of the harbour, various beaches, the profile of the city of St Malo across the bay and an armada of private boats, many strewn across the vast beach left naked by the enormous tide. Absolutely beautiful. We play on the beach a while then buy a coffee taking in a view of the beach.
We stop to sus out where we might get help with our gas issue.... The bottles are different in France and we had thought we could buy an adapter quite easily. Not so. Lunch is taken in the carpark today but it is not long before we take our drive for the day coming across an aire near the sea in the town of Saint Jacut de la Mer. Very peaceful here.
We take a bike ride though the town and around the peninsula. Home for dinner. Quite a wind grows through the evening but dies down to give a restful evening for all.
